Proof of Renters Insurance. (Countrywood Apartment Homes must be listed as an additional insured/interested party. The policy must have $100,000 liability coverage and $20,000 personal property coverage.) You are not required to use any particular company and may purchase insurance from any company you wish. Deans and Homer offers water overflow and plumbing backup in addition to living expense coverage in the standard policy.

"I have lived at the country wood apartments going on Four years. I love our little community. I get along with most my neighbors and it is mostly a family oriented vibe. What I love most about these apartments is the small events that are held for the tenants. We have movie nights, haunted house parties located by the pool, and even BBQs. The play ground has beautiful grills located on site. It makes everything so convenient when you have little ones."
